Drank Red Chimay ... in Belgium. Cooked with it too.

Fruity flavor and light bitterness. It matches the fried tapioca cubs perfectly

I normally never ever drink wine, but I had to buy a whole jug of white just for my chicken from which I used 1/3 cup. The rest of the bottle is tempting me.

Is that bar like a Belgian bar - every beer has a different glass?

The glass I got is a plain normal one haha. But the band is great, just a pinch of popular Brazilian music mixed with avant jazz.

It will keep if you don't drink it, but who am I to judge? (on his third vodka tonic ...).

Fight with my girlfriend. Then mysterious sort of strange reconciliation with my girlfriend. Now she's working and I'm doing a combination of shopping and looking for a movie.

Belgians very picky about how beer is served. Place up the street does it their way (if they haven't been replaced by condos and another Duane Reade).

Huh, I had no idea (the bartender just spilled beer on my pants, but I'm not one to complain about those sorts of things, I guess this isn't a Belgian bar) Are the interesting bits of NYC being replaced by boring chain stores and beige buildings? If yes, then that song by LCD Soundsystem makes a lot of sense.
